About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the enhancement and ongoing support of the corporate authentication and identity platform
Implement and support OAuth, OIDC, and SAML integrations between applications and the IAM platform
Participate in migrating legacy applications to the new authentication platform
Perform advanced troubleshooting of incidents related to authentication, authorization, and federation
Support architectural decisions and analysis of application security requirements
Work closely with development, infrastructure, architecture, and security teams
Prepare technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures
Ensure adherence to security best practices, access governance, and compliance requirements
Guide and implement architecture, service, system, and application solutions
Provide support to internal teams, customers, and vendors
Work directly with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Developers, Researchers, and Designers

Requirements

What you’ll need

A completed bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred
Solid experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects
Advanced knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML 2.0, and JWT
Experience with Identity Provider (IdP) platforms, preferably Ping Identity, Okta, Entra ID (Azure AD), or Keycloak
Experience integrating enterprise applications with centralized authentication and Single Sign-On (SSO)
Knowledge of Linux infrastructure and containerized environments, including OpenShift/Kubernetes
Hands-on experience troubleshooting and analyzing incidents involving authentication, authorization, and federation
Experience preparing technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures
Knowledge of integration with Active Directory and LDAP
Preferred: experience migrating IAM platforms
Preferred: certifications in Ping Identity, OAuth, Information Security, or Cloud
Preferred: knowledge of MFA, Token Exchange, session management, Access Tokens, Refresh Tokens, digital certificates, and PKI
Preferred: experience with CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps
Preferred: knowledge of observability and monitoring tools such as Elastic, Grafana, Datadog, or Splunk
Preferred: experience working in mission-critical, large-scale environments
