Key responsibilities & impact

Help define the test automation pipeline within the DevOps pipeline
Define automated testing process methodologies
Implement and promote a culture of test automation
Develop and maintain the testing strategy across all levels of software testing
Improve quality assurance productivity through automation, tools, and best practices
Promote the use of AI in the software quality phase
Develop AI prompts, agents, and MCPs focused on software quality
Promote a culture of quality throughout the organization
Interact and collaborate with Telefónica Group development teams in Brazil and worldwide

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in technology-related fields or similar
Knowledge of test automation tools: Selenium, Cucumber, REST Assured, and Postman
Knowledge of DevOps
Knowledge of Azure
Knowledge of Node.js, Java, and TypeScript
Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies
Knowledge of TDD, BDD, Shift-Left, and the Test Pyramid is a plus
Knowledge of software testing methodologies is a plus
Knowledge of test management tools, such as JIRA and Octane, is a plus
Advanced English proficiency is a plus
