About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain the availability and performance of supported environments
Optimize infrastructure utilization to improve financial efficiency
Automate infrastructure delivery to accelerate time to market, applying SRE principles
Manage contracts related to ITSM, ServiceNow, CMDB, Service Mapping, ITOM, and AIOps
Prepare RFPs in collaboration with the global team
Renew or terminate infrastructure contracts
Manage a multidisciplinary team of approximately 18 employees
Use people management tools to foster a positive organizational climate
Ensure support, availability, capacity, and performance of infrastructure technologies
Understand projects and estimate their impact on infrastructure
Specify infrastructure solutions in accordance with industry best practices and company strategies
Design infrastructure growth based on strategic planning
Direct investments, management, and project implementation
Direct procurement activities and manage the contracts required to sustain IT services

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification
ServiceNow certifications in ITOM, ITSM, SIR, SAM, DF, and Discovery are desirable
Advanced English proficiency
Experience with ITSM, ServiceNow, CMDB, Service Mapping, ITOM, and AIOps
Team development and leadership
Negotiation skills
Team-oriented mindset

Ability to act as a facilitator within the organization
