About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze data in structured databases
- Build cross-sectional and time-series statistical models related to customer experience, including variable selection, data structuring and transformation, sample selection, training, validation, and deployment
- Develop studies based on unstructured data
- Support business areas in understanding customer satisfaction and the impact of improvement initiatives
- Share results with other business areas
- Act as an ambassador for the company’s purpose
- Work collaboratively and take ownership of your career
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of and hands-on experience with programming logic in R
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of and hands-on experience with business-oriented statistical models
- Strong data analysis and synthesis skills
- SQL programming experience is desirable
- Knowledge of and hands-on experience with AI prompting are desirable
- A degree in Statistics is a plus
- Must be based in São Paulo, SP; Curitiba, PR; Salvador, BA; or Belo Horizonte, MG
