About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze data in structured databases
- Build cross-sectional and time-series statistical models related to customer experience, including variable selection, data structuring and transformation, sample selection, training, validation, and deployment
- Develop studies based on unstructured data
- Support business areas in understanding customer satisfaction and the impact of improvement initiatives

Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of and hands-on experience with programming logic in R
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Knowledge of and hands-on experience with business-oriented statistical models
- Strong data analysis and synthesis skills
- Knowledge of and hands-on experience with SQL programming logic preferred
- Knowledge of and hands-on experience with AI prompting preferred
- Statistical background is a plus
- Must reside in São Paulo, SP; Curitiba, PR; or Salvador/Belo Horizonte
