About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate activities related to Vivo’s Strategic Plan, consolidating analyses, hypotheses, scenarios, and recommendations for senior management
Identify and analyze relevant topics, developing strategic recommendations to support decisions by the Office of the President, Executive Vice Presidents, executive leadership, and Boards
Monitor market trends, competitive moves, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies
Structure and lead studies on new businesses, growth opportunities, competitors, industry transformation, strategic topics, and risks
Generate strategic insights through the analysis of data and information
Partner with business and corporate functions on priority initiatives and strategic discussions
Help identify, prioritize, and monitor strategic projects
Manage short-term strategic projects or the initial phases of longer-term projects
Develop executive materials for executive leadership, committees, and internal audiences
Support executive leadership and global teams in strategy and Strategic Plan activities
Lead and develop a Strategic Planning team, fostering collaboration, continuous learning, and excellence in results

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in corporate strategy, planning, consulting, competitive intelligence, business development, or related fields
Familiarity with financial, market, and competitive analysis
Experience developing business cases and business plans
Ability to structure complex problems and formulate clear, objective, executive-level recommendations
Ability to mobilize people and influence decisions without formal authority
Experience coordinating initiatives involving multiple functions and stakeholders
Advanced English proficiency for interaction on global projects
Interest in technology, innovation, and business transformation
Intellectual curiosity and critical thinking
Adaptability, resilience, and the ability to work in dynamic environments
