About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Research and assess markets in terms of growth, maturity, competition, and trends
- Identify TAM/SAM, estimate market size, and analyze market-entry potential
- Map relevant players, benchmark products, and potential substitutes
- Investigate applicable regulations and resolutions, particularly those issued by the Central Bank of Brazil and SUSEP
- Identify regulatory risks and implications for business rules
- Support the definition of the target audience, value proposition, and product hypotheses
- Conduct or support exploratory customer research to validate interest
- Develop a simplified view of the customer journey and channel strategy
- Identify potential partners, technologies, and required platforms
- Participate in discussions with internal teams, including IT, Legal, Compliance, CX, and Data
- Assess technical complexity, estimate effort, and help create a complexity score
- Contribute to initial budget estimates and feasibility analyses
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Journalism focused on financial products, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data and information into structured insights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and external partners
- Familiarity with financial products, such as digital accounts, credit, insurance, and payment methods
- Proficiency in Excel
- Ability to read and understand regulatory documents
- Previous experience in innovation, financial products, consulting, business analysis, or related areas is preferred
- Experience in dynamic environments requiring research, investigation, and building from the ground up is preferred
- Availability to work on different projects and multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Curiosity, ability to learn quickly, organization, ownership mindset, and resilience
