About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based IT systems and services
- Manage and optimize Google Workspace, Okta, Atlassian tools, Salesforce integrations, and other company systems
- Support IAM policies using Okta and SSO strategies, including AWS SSO
- Automate routine IT tasks and workflows
- Monitor system performance and metrics and recommend improvements

- Document system designs, processes, and best practices
- Own and manage the patching and update lifecycle for operating systems, applications, and SaaS tools
- Schedule and coordinate regular system maintenance for Mac and Windows devices
- Oversee endpoint management and configuration through MDM
- Support implementation and ongoing operations of the company’s Zero Trust model
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to enhance productivity and output

Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in IT systems or technical support roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Okta, AWS SSO, Atlassian, Salesforce integrations, and other company systems
- Proficient in managing macOS and Windows devices using MDM tools
- Solid understanding of IAM, patch management, and Zero Trust security models
- Experience automating IT workflows, including onboarding/offboarding and ticketing
- Skilled in troubleshooting tier 2/3 technical issues and system monitoring
- Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms
- Strong documentation habits and communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
