About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee five or more concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Lead end-to-end development of applications and platforms using VizTech standard practices
Serve as the escalation point and remove critical issues, risks, and roadblocks
Conduct Team Health Assessments to identify improvement areas and enhance collaboration
Ensure Agile best practices, team agreements, and ceremonies are followed
Collaborate on prioritizing, allocating, and adjusting resources
Support product operating model documentation with product management and architecture teams
Monitor and report metrics, budgets, and cloud costs
Align deliverables with OKRs and promote accountability
Advocate for platform component reuse and clarify capability ownership
Collaborate with PLMs and Engineering Team Leads to align delivery execution, product strategy, roadmaps, initiatives, and development support

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree preferred
10+ years of relevant experience in product management, platform product leadership, enterprise architecture-aligned product strategy, data/AI products, developer platforms, or AI-first software delivery
Experience with Agile practices and ceremonies
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
Experience with resource allocation and resourcing tools
Experience with product operating model documentation
Experience monitoring metrics, budgets, and cloud costs
Experience aligning deliverables to OKRs
Experience with platform component reuse and capability ownership
