About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead multiple customized engagements, projects, and analyses using Vizient operational, quality outcomes, procedural, and utilization data
  • Conduct comparative analyses of operational performance, quality, costs, productivity, supply use, and facility performance
  • Translate findings into actionable insights for strategic, operational, and executive decision-making
  • Serve as a trusted client partner by understanding business needs, guiding analytical solutions, managing expectations, and promoting adoption of Vizient data and tools
  • Act as a subject-matter expert on Vizient data, tools, data structures, limitations, and use cases
  • Plan and facilitate client meetings to gather requirements, understand processes, communicate findings, and manage expectations
  • Apply healthcare operations and finance knowledge, industry practices, and relevant data sources to strengthen analyses
  • Collaborate with hospital stakeholders and executive leaders to evaluate performance against peer benchmarks
  • Ensure data reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with client needs
  • Contribute to mentoring, knowledge sharing, and team best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7 or more years of relevant experience required
  • Hospital quality outcomes, financial, operations, supply chain, or supply analytics experience required
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel required
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, data management, and problem-solving skills required
  • Experience with Vizient data highly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work with limited supervision
  • Relevant degree preferred
