About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and develop Envi's Project Management organization through management teams
Establish performance expectations, accountability, and talent development priorities
Define and execute implementation strategies aligned with client needs and business objectives
Evolve implementation methodologies, standardize workflows, and eliminate inefficiencies
Develop scalable onboarding, training, and competency development programs
Direct complex and strategically significant client implementations
Provide executive oversight, risk mitigation, and escalation support
Establish and monitor performance indicators, reporting frameworks, and operational measures
Use operational data and performance insights for resource allocation, capacity planning, process improvements, and decision-making
Collaborate with Envi and Vizient teams to streamline workflows and coordinate client onboarding
Implement technology, automation, and approved AI capabilities
Contribute to strategic and operational planning for long-term organizational growth

Requirements

What you’ll need

Relevant degree preferred
10 or more years of relevant experience required
Extensive experience leading implementation, project management, or client delivery operations within complex business environments
Demonstrated experience leading managers and developing high-performing teams through coaching, performance management, and organizational development
Strong strategic planning and operational leadership skills
Experience developing scalable implementation methodologies and service delivery models
Experience overseeing complex, high-risk implementations, managing escalations, and driving successful client outcomes
Strong analytical and financial acumen
Experience establishing performance metrics, managing organizational capacity, and improving operational efficiency
Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change, optimize business processes, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Excellent executive communication, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience leveraging project management technologies, automation, and emerging AI capabilities preferred
