Key responsibilities & impact

Manage program structures, processes, and procedures to achieve program objectives
Develop promotional materials, reports, and training resources and educate internal and external clients on program components
Support contracting teams with program implementation, client onboarding, and ongoing client engagement
Identify client and supplier targets for new business opportunities and develop new value propositions and program capabilities
Manage client and supplier issues, adjustments, and ad hoc requests to support effective program operations
Coordinate and participate in periodic business reviews with key clients, suppliers, and distributors
Partner with management to facilitate council and panel meetings, gather client feedback, share best practices, and guide program strategies
Establish and track program success metrics and deliverables, including participation, utilization, enrollment, and financial incentives
Analyze program performance using Microsoft Excel and Power BI to develop reports and dashboards, identify trends, track revenue and sales, conduct market basket analyses, and communicate actionable insights
Serve as an operational liaison for internal and external clients by addressing questions, supporting sales opportunities, and communicating program impacts

What you’ll need

Relevant degree preferred
5 or more years of relevant experience required
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret program performance data and translate findings into actionable insights
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI required
Experience developing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics preferred
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
