Key responsibilities & impact

Lead complex cross-functional projects from initiation through completion while managing scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables
Develop and maintain project management processes, tools, and documentation
Enhance project governance by developing metrics, reporting, and performance measures
Communicate project expectations, progress, risks, and recommendations to project teams, leadership, and stakeholders
Analyze project data and key performance indicators to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations
Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders on project status, risks, outcomes, and recommendations
Mentor project team members and promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
Facilitate project retrospectives and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and operational effectiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need

Relevant degree preferred
5 or more years of relevant experience required
Experience managing complex cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or Wrike; Smartsheet experience preferred
Experience with Mavenlink preferred
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); Microsoft Project and Visio experience preferred
Proficient in project management principles, methodologies, techniques, and tools
Ability to analyze data and leverage insights to support project decisions and identify opportunities for improvement
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently
