About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support WellSpan Health System in delivering high-quality, cost-effective care by driving contract utilization and implementing Vizient supply chain solutions
Partner with the Vizient Spend Executive and Category Management team to execute strategic client workplans
Translate spend analytics into actionable recommendations and optimize contract performance
Cultivate trusted client relationships and align Vizient tools, resources, and solutions with the client's strategic goals
Execute client workplans through data analysis, opportunity identification, and development of actionable recommendations
Utilize Vizient analytical tools to interpret complex spend data, identify trends and opportunities, and translate findings into client insights
Activate and optimize Vizient national and committed GPO contracts to increase contract utilization, cost savings, and value realization
Facilitate client meetings and related activities
Apply structured change management approaches to advance initiatives and adapt to evolving client priorities
Collaborate with the Spend Executive, Category Managers, Product Advisors, and Analysts to implement supply chain solutions
Resolve complex client and internal questions independently

Requirements

What you’ll need

Relevant degree preferred
5 or more years of relevant experience required
Experience in supply chain, purchasing, contract management, data analysis, or related healthcare functions preferred
Proficiency with analytical tools and ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights
Knowledge of contract performance management, contract utilization, and supply chain optimization concepts
Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and initiatives
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP, and PowerPoint
Demonstrated problem-solving, adaptability, and continuous learning mindset
On-site 3 days per week in Irving, Texas or Chicago, Illinois
