About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform complex analyses and research related to supply chain and other focus areas
Monitor performance and make recommendations regarding project opportunities for value and savings across the health system
Provide monthly status-level reporting for goal achievement
Interact with national and local teams to maintain current contract-specific understanding and performance status
Conduct analyses to produce repeatable results and identify solutions to complex problems
Identify and resolve member pricing discrepancies
Determine customer needs and recommend solutions from the company portfolio
Support contract utilization and compliance for territory sales and revenue goals
Conduct research to develop programmatic offerings
Interpret trends, regulatory changes, and forecasts and anticipate impacts on member goals
Gather and evaluate purchase, revenue, and hospital-specific data for cost reduction analyses
Design data visualizations and executive presentations
Present recommendations to management and provide guidance on alternatives
Learn Vizient tools to train member staff and stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Relevant degree preferred
2 or more years of related data analysis experience using complex data sets required
Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
Advanced capabilities in Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, or additional Business Intelligence platforms preferred
Previous experience in healthcare consulting, supply chain, pharmacy, strategic sourcing, business development, finance, or decision support preferred
