Key responsibilities & impact

Lead technical design and day-to-day engineering execution
Contribute hands-on to software development, testing, deployment, and production support
Design and develop scalable enterprise applications, APIs, services, distributed systems, and AI-enabled solutions
Translate product requirements and architectural direction into technical designs, implementation plans, and production-ready software
Develop AI-enabled applications and agentic workflows using large language models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), enterprise data, and external tools
Build reusable software components, services, integration patterns, and frameworks
Apply engineering practices for automated testing, continuous integration and delivery, observability, performance, reliability, and maintainability
Implement secure integration patterns, access controls, error handling, monitoring, and operational safeguards
Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance
Conduct code and design reviews and promote engineering standards across development teams
Develop reusable AI capabilities for orchestration, model integration, tool integration, state management, evaluation, and observability
Partner with Architecture, Security, and engineering teams to advance software and AI engineering standards, reference architectures, and responsible AI practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on experience with software development, testing, deployment, and production support
Experience designing and developing scalable enterprise applications, APIs, services, distributed systems, and AI-enabled solutions
Experience translating product requirements and architectural direction into technical designs, implementation plans, and production-ready software
Experience developing AI-enabled applications and agentic workflows using large language models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), enterprise data, and external tools
Knowledge of automated testing, continuous integration and delivery, observability, performance, reliability, and maintainability
Knowledge of secure integration patterns, access controls, error handling, monitoring, and operational safeguards
Ability to mentor engineers, provide technical guidance, conduct code and design reviews, and promote engineering standards
Experience developing reusable AI capabilities for orchestration, model integration, tool integration, state management, evaluation, and observability
Ability to partner with Architecture, Security, and engineering teams
