About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the design and development of comprehensive business plans, viability studies, technical-environmental assessments, and financial strategies for client organizations
- Supervise project implementation with expert guidance, ensuring consistent alignment with client objectives, timelines, and quality standards
- Deliver actionable, data-backed insights and tailored recommendations supported by compelling reports and presentations
- Identify, evaluate, and oversee new business opportunities, assessing associated risks and ROI potential
- Build and manage a high-performing team of consultants; coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure successful execution
- Represent the company with confidence in client meetings and high-level stakeholder communications
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in Engineering, Finance, or related discipline
- Proven experience in management consulting and/or EU funding programs, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing co-financed projects and structural funds
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office with strong writing and analytical capabilities
- Demonstrated project management and team leadership skills; highly organized, results-driven, and collaborative
- Strategic mindset with ability to balance hands-on consulting delivery with team oversight
