About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Architect the operational backbone of the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem at enterprise scale
- Design frameworks for cross-platform reliability, proactive observability, automated health monitoring, and governance
- Guide teams, remove blockers, and help R&I progress to the next level
- Design solutions for platform health monitoring, data quality, access governance, operational insights, value realization, automation, and proactive issue detection
- Make the Adobe ecosystem reliable, governable, observable, automated, measurable, and scalable across teams and products
- Identify and close product gaps where out-of-the-box capabilities do not meet Customer Zero needs
- Partner with engineering and product teams to influence the future roadmap
- Translate complex platform signals into measurable business value and leadership insights
Requirements
What you’ll need- Enterprise solution architecture across multiple products, teams, operational models, and business use cases
- Ability to design scalable frameworks for platform reliability, health monitoring, operational insights, proactive issue detection, and executive visibility
- Strong understanding of governance architecture, including access visibility, entitlement tracking, auditability, privacy, compliance, and operational accountability
- Ability to identify gaps between business needs, operational needs, and current product capabilities, and define architecture patterns or prototypes to address them
- Cross-platform Adobe Experience Cloud knowledge, including AEP, RTCDP, AJO, CJA, Analytics, Workfront, GenStudio, Experience League, and related integrations
- Ability to translate platform signals into KPIs, value realization metrics, leadership reporting, and decision-ready insights
- Strong architecture judgment regarding automation, standardization, monitoring, governance, and product or engineering escalation
- Technical fluency with data, APIs, reporting, cloud platforms, and integration patterns
- Strong technical leadership to influence cross-functional teams, align stakeholders, guide implementation teams, and connect platform capabilities with measurable business outcomes
