About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take responsibility for the server and network infrastructure and continuously develop it further
Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations
Monitor and analyze systems and troubleshoot issues
Install, manage, and maintain hardware and software
Be part of the internal bilingual (German/English) IT support team and serve as a point of contact for IT-related questions
Develop and independently implement projects
Document IT processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong affinity for IT and completed IT training, such as IT Specialist for System Integration, or an equivalent qualification
Knowledge of common Windows operating systems (server and client)
Confident use of Microsoft cloud products (Azure, Intune, Office 365)
In-depth understanding of network infrastructure (routing and switching, WLAN, VPN, firewall)
A high degree of initiative and personal responsibility
Structured, independent, and team-oriented working style
Flexibility to participate in a rotating weekly 24/7 on-call service (remote after hours and on weekends)
Good written and spoken German and English
