About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take responsibility for the server and network infrastructure as part of the team and continuously develop it
Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations
Monitor and analyze systems and troubleshoot issues
Install, maintain, and service hardware and software
Support the internal bilingual (German/English) IT help desk and serve as a point of contact for IT-related questions
Develop and independently implement IT projects
Document IT processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong affinity for IT
Completed IT training, e.g., as an IT Specialist for System Integration, or a comparable qualification
Knowledge of common Windows operating systems (server and client)
Confident use of Microsoft cloud products (Azure, Intune, Office 365)
Sound understanding of network infrastructure (routing and switching, WLAN, VPN, firewalls)
High level of initiative and personal responsibility
Structured, independent, and team-oriented approach to work
Flexibility to participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call service, including remote availability after regular working hours and on weekends
Good written and spoken German and English
