About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently manage financial accounting (excluding payroll accounting), including accounts payable and accounts receivable management.
- Coordinate the preparation of monthly reports and annual financial statements in collaboration with the tax advisor.
- Take responsibility for budget planning, forecasting, and liquidity management.
- Optimize finance department processes.
- Support senior management with financial matters and strategic decisions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial training with an additional qualification (e.g., certified accountant) or a degree in business administration with a focus on accounting or controlling.
- Several years of professional experience in accounting, financial management, or controlling.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., DATEV) and Excel.
- Analytical mindset, strong affinity for numbers, and an independent working style.
- Sense of responsibility, pragmatism, and a hands-on mentality.
