About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Label and categorize text and images for data evaluation and annotation
Work within the client’s universal language platform to manage and evaluate language-based data
Track and assess data to identify insights that improve project quality
Proofread outputs and maintain high-quality results
Provide recommendations to improve data relevance and performance
Collaborate with the team and adapt to shifting priorities
Work approximately four hours per day, Monday through Friday, during Pacific Time Zone hours
Attend mandatory 30-minute meetings that may be scheduled between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM PST

Requirements

What you’ll need

Candidates must be located in Germany
Full professional fluency in written and spoken English and German
Strong analytical skills
Attention to detail
Time management skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Comfortable navigating platforms and tools
Adaptability and teamwork
Must be available to work in the U.S. Pacific Time Zone
Must have a personal laptop or computer
Background check required
Successful completion of Deel.com onboarding and submission of required regional compliance documentation
1099 independent contractor classification, subject to local regulations
