About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the bridge between business stakeholders/process owners and IT delivery teams
Understand business processes, challenges and opportunities and translate them into clear, actionable requirements
Manage and prioritize the IT product backlog based on business value, strategic priorities and delivery capacity
Define and refine user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria with business stakeholders and technical teams
Facilitate discussions and decision-making across stakeholder groups
Provide transparency on progress, risks, dependencies and delivery plans
Identify opportunities to improve business processes and maximize value from digital solutions
Support Agile ways of working, collaboration, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
Work with SAP functional experts, developers and other IT professionals through the delivery lifecycle
Coach and train team members and stakeholders in organization techniques and processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent
Experience as Product Owner, Project Manager, Process Owner or similar business and IT-facing role
Experience working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams in complex environments
Strong understanding of translating business requirements into IT solutions through Agile methodologies
Experience managing and prioritizing backlogs, requirements and stakeholder expectations
Experience creating and refining user stories, business requirements and acceptance criteria
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation and communication skills
Ability to influence decisions and build alignment across different business areas
Resilience and professional maturity in ambiguous, changing and challenging situations
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple/competing priorities
Knowledge of system-supported business processes
Ability to navigate international and cross-functional teams
Continuous improvement mindset focused on simplifying processes and increasing business value
Strong proficiency in English, written and spoken
Nice to have: experience with SAP solutions and processes
Nice to have: understanding of end-to-end ERP process integration
Nice to have: Agile experience using Scrum and Kanban
Nice to have: Jira and Confluence experience
Nice to have: familiarity with change management and organizational transformation
