About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Architect the PMO’s digital infrastructure, reporting systems, and Jira/Confluence data structures
Identify, design, and monitor AI-driven workflow automations
Source and evaluate AI and intelligent automation opportunities within the department
Measure and report efficiency gains and operational impact of implemented fixes
Act as the primary liaison for department requests through the formal Project Management Tooling (PMT) process
Enforce standards for document ownership and information lifecycle management
Create and maintain protocols for primary project and department meeting rounds
Collaborate with project and department leaders to define and document processes, procedures, and best practices
Support documentation and management of department standards and policies
Support creation and maintenance of department status reports
Analyze infotainment topics during pre-series and series programs at the Chattanooga factory
