About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the full procurement cycle with a focus on business value
Act as a Business Partner to internal departments, understanding their priorities, challenges, and financial drivers
Translate business needs into impact-oriented sourcing strategies
Negotiate contracts with a focus on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), risk mitigation, and value creation
Develop and manage a strategic supplier base and foster long-term relationships
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency, including savings, cost avoidance, and value creation
Monitor KPIs and link procurement outcomes to business metrics
Use data analysis and market insights to support strategic decision-making
Participate in cross-functional transformation, efficiency, and digitalization projects
Ensure compliance while balancing control with agility

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a field relevant to the role
5 to 10 years of experience in Procurement
At least 3 years of experience in Strategic Procurement roles
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Good knowledge of digital tools
Knowledge of data analysis
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applied to business contexts
Strong analytical skills and a value-oriented mindset
Ability to act as a business liaison
Autonomy, critical thinking, and a strong sense of responsibility
Ability to influence decisions and build relationships based on trust
Strategic thinking, proactivity, and a results-oriented approach
