Key responsibilities & impact

Support and enhance SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions
Manage payroll configuration, payroll rules, schemas, wage types, and payroll-related processes
Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, legal requirements, and internal company policies
Investigate and resolve payroll-related incidents, issues, and process deviations
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT teams, and external partners to deliver payroll solutions
Participate in system enhancements, testing activities, data validation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Translate business requirements into SAP SuccessFactors solutions and configurations

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 3/4 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
Good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
Strong understanding of payroll processes, HR master data, and payroll lifecycle activities
Experience in system configuration, testing, production support, and issue resolution
Experience supporting payroll runs, retroactive accounting, off-cycle payments, and year-end activities
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Good communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams
Experience working in support and project environments
Strong communication and analytical skills
Great English skills, both written and spoken
