About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and configure appropriate technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform using best practices and ServiceNow standards
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse demands and develop suitable solutions
Develop new projects and implement business processes including reporting, test automation, mobility, and asset management
Perform requirement analysis, design, and implementation
Report technical problems and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences
Monitor the health, usage, and overall compliance of the ServiceNow platform and its applications
Maintain operations manuals and other technical documents
Contribute to the optimization of support services and processes
Implement IT Service Management, Asset Management, and Project and Portfolio Management modules

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or comparable work experience
Very good knowledge and experience of JavaScript, Angular JS, Ajax, HTML, and CSS is desired
Basic IT knowledge: network, databases, application servers, web services, and distributed systems
Ideally at least +1 year of professional experience in Web development
Eager to learn ServiceNow platform and application development
Strong analytical skills paired with strong service and customer orientation
Initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks
Result-oriented and communicative team player
Good written and spoken English skills
CSA - Certified System Administrator is nice to have
CAD - Certified Application Developer is nice to have
CIS - Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM; HAM; SAM; ITOM) is nice to have
