About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Reconcile customer accounts
- Ensure invoices and incoming payments are correctly allocated
- Communicate with customers and collection agencies
- Support optimization and further development of the dunning and collection process
- Record and review incoming supplier invoices in Navision
- Prepare VAT reports and relevant documentation for tax advisors
- Support further development and optimization of accounting and controlling processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently studying Finance, Accounting or Controlling, or completed relevant vocational training
- Ideally some initial practical experience in accounts receivable or accounts payable
- Reliable, careful, and structured working style
- Responsible handling of confidential information
- Ideally experience using accounting software
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Excellent communication skills and confidence communicating with internal and external stakeholders
