About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Draft, review, and approve templates for land rights agreements, including lease promises, easements, and terminations of rural leases for the Group’s solar PV projects
  • Advise and support operational teams on the legal aspects of developing and constructing solar PV plants
  • Work in particular on environmental and urban planning laws, CRE tender specifications, and feed-in tariff orders related to EDF OA
  • Review the legal aspects of projects under development or regulatory review
  • Manage and coordinate relationships with notaries for the drafting and execution of final land rights agreements
  • Manage situations in which projects are stalled
  • Propose, draft, or improve agreement templates used to secure land rights

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree in Law or equivalent (Bac+5)
  • Initial experience in the renewable energy sector (2–3 years of experience)
  • Self-motivated and autonomous, with strong analytical skills
  • Rigorous, organized, motivated, and dynamic
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to make proactive recommendations
  • Ability to step back, assess priorities, and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Responsible and responsive, with the ability to handle a wide range of situations
  • Strong belief in the essential role renewable energy will play in the future
  • Eager to contribute to a rapidly growing organization
