About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and develop new energy products and services through partnerships, creating differentiated and commercially viable propositions
  • Manage and optimize the commercial presence of energy products, services and offers across Volton’s digital platforms, with emphasis on the digital app MyOn
  • Manage Salesforce CRM platform related to new packages and promotions setup, UATs, configurations and related activities
  • Monitor the energy market, competition and market trends to identify opportunities for new products and services and optimize the existing portfolio
  • Monitor regulatory developments and cooperate with relevant teams to ensure timely implementation of requirements
  • Define product and process requirements and translate business needs into clear business requirements
  • Coordinate go-to-market activities and commercial initiatives with internal stakeholders, including MarCom, Legal, Regulatory, Operations, Customer Support and Sales
  • Analyze customer needs and develop strong customer value propositions for different customer segments
  • Prepare financial analyses and business cases for new and existing products, services and partnerships
  • Monitor product and partnership performance through KPIs, including commercial performance, profitability and P&L
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, recommending optimization, repositioning, redesign or withdrawal based on performance and business needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Product management, Business Development or a related field
  • Experience within the energy sector will be strongly appreciated
  • Solid understanding of energy markets, particularly electricity and natural gas
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering value
  • Innovative mindset to drive product differentiation
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
