About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, automate and maintain reports on key business metrics, financial performance, and operational efficiency
Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior, network performance, and market trends to support decision-making
Track KPIs across different business units and provide recommendations for improvement
Work closely with IT, Product and Technology teams to translate data into business strategies
Enhance reporting processes by implementing BI tools and dashboarding solutions such as Power BI and Tableau
Ensure data integrity, accuracy and consistency across reports

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
5+ years in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, preferably in the telecom sector
Proficiency in SQL, Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus
Understanding of telecom KPIs, revenue analysis, customer churn and network performance metrics
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights
Excellent presentation and storytelling skills to convey data-driven recommendations to stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple reporting initiatives and deliver results within deadlines
Excellent communication skills, in both spoken and written formats
Collaborative and team-spirited personality
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
