About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with leaders across German, Austrian and Swiss sites and internationally where applicable on organizational design, workforce planning and capability building
- Run compensation review, performance and talent review cycles on time and to standard
- Coach managers through performance, leadership and difficult conversations
- Translate DACH labor law and collective agreements into practical decisions
- Support hiring, onboarding and reorganization activity as the DACH organization grows
- Maintain documentation and decisions
- Prepare a structured handover for the role
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years in People/HR roles
- At least 3 years as a business partner to leadership
- Proven ownership of employee relations cases and organizational change
- Ability to get up to speed quickly in an unfamiliar organization
- Solid working knowledge of German labor law
- Ideally, exposure to Austrian and/or Swiss labor law
- Experience with works councils and collective agreements
- Fluency in German and English
- Experience in tech or engineering environments is a strong advantage
