About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create mobile video ads that engage millions of people
- Become a creative expert in mobile gaming by benchmarking competitors and experimenting with new ideas
- Develop a deep understanding of how creations perform and why
- Work within a small creative squad with diverse backgrounds and nationalities
- Contribute to transversal initiatives, such as testing new tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fully proficient with video editing and content creation
- Expert in After Effects
- Nice to have: 3D softwares and/or Unity
- Creative and have a hacker mindset
- Understand how your creations drive marketing performance
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- At least 3+ year of experience in a similar role
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (Scenario, Seedance, Kling, Veo, Runway, etc.)
- Deeply familiar with the mobile gaming market, in particular, hyper casual and casual
