About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver personalized, virtual exercise therapy programs to patients with MSK conditions
Perform virtual fitness or wellness assessments
Develop individualized fitness or wellness plans based on patient goals and clinical guidelines
Monitor patient progress, adapt programs, and provide education and motivation
Collaborate digitally with physical therapists, physicians, and other healthcare providers
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and privacy standards
Contribute to continuous improvement of clinical protocols and the digital platform
Stay current with best practices in MSK care and telehealth delivery
Support and interact with patients as an integral member of the care team
Perform other projects and duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, or related field
Certified Exercise Physiologist (CEP), Registered Kinesiologist, CSCS or equivalent
Experience in MSK rehabilitation, injury prevention, or chronic pain management
Strong communication skills with a client-centered, empathetic approach
Comfortable using digital health platforms, video calls, and clinical software
Able to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
Experience working in a virtual or startup healthcare environment preferred
Fluent in English and Spanish preferred
Competence and passion for digital care delivery or telehealth
Comfort evaluating and treating patients remotely using digital tools
Experience administering physical therapy techniques delivered digitally
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Critical thinking skills, flexibility, and ability to design innovative solutions
Authorized or able to provide required documents to work in United States
High-speed internet access with excellent bandwidth
Workspace ensuring patient privacy in a virtual environment, both visual and auditory
Ability to regularly stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate computer, telephone, and keyboard
Close vision ability due to computer work
