About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to align deliverables with client expectations and quality standards
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure delivery within financial constraints
- Oversee project timelines, milestones, and deadlines, adjusting plans as necessary
- Ensure deliverables meet Vovi Studio’s quality standards and client specifications before final delivery
- Identify project risks or issues and develop proactive solutions
- Provide regular project updates to clients and internal stakeholders, including status reports, budget summaries, and post-project evaluations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years experience in Project Management
- Ideally website experience at a marketing agency
- Comfortable taking responsibility for multiple tasks, prioritising, and using initiative
- Able to build good internal and external relationships
- Able to speak persuasively
- Organised, on the ball and high energy
- Looking to be part of a growing company, seizing opportunity in the AI space and participating in its success
