About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain Salesforce pipeline reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for business development and senior leadership
Perform financial reporting, data modeling, and variance analysis in partnership with Finance and Accounting
Extract data from Salesforce and validate it ensuring accuracy
Support system processes and workflows that help the team move opportunities forward, partnering with the Salesforce administrator on configuration changes
Identify and recommend improvements to workflows, automation, and reporting infrastructure
Collaborate across departments to address operational needs as they arise
Report to the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations within the Finance Department

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in one or more disciplines within Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales or BD operations, or a financial analyst role
Advanced proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboards, including building forecasts and pipeline analysis and extracting data for financial use
Experience supporting sales or BD forecasting and financial reporting through data modeling and analytics
Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and multi-source data analysis
Experience with NetSuite (finance and sales modules) or a comparable ERP
Experience leading projects, formally or informally, in collaboration with other departments
Must be a US citizen or permanent resident
Must be a U.S. Person under applicable ITAR/EAR requirements and eligible to obtain required export authorizations
