About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage Salesforce users, licenses, permission sets, sharing settings, and access controls
- Maintain standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and Lightning record pages
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Salesforce Flows
- Resolve user support requests and coordinate with vendors or technical teams
- Maintain data quality through duplicate prevention, validation, cleanup, and controlled imports and exports
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for pipeline, sales performance, and business metrics
- Gather requirements, recommend solutions, and manage a prioritized enhancement backlog
- Test changes in sandboxes, coordinate user acceptance testing, and deploy approved updates
- Review Salesforce releases and communicate relevant changes to users
- Monitor connected applications and coordinate integration troubleshooting
- Develop user guides, document configurations, and provide onboarding and ongoing training
- Follow company policies for access, data protection, documentation, and system changes
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT to configure solutions and promote Salesforce adoption
Requirements
What you’ll need- Five or more years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
- Experience configuring Salesforce objects, permissions, validation rules, and Lightning pages
- Experience building and troubleshooting Salesforce Flows
- Proficiency with Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data management tools
- Understanding of CRM concepts and sales processes, including lead, account, contact, and opportunity management
- Ability to translate business requirements into maintainable Salesforce solutions
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to prioritize support requests and improvement projects independently
- Relevant education, professional experience, or a combination of both
- Must be a U.S. Person: a US Citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., or protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3)
- Must be eligible to obtain required export authorizations from the U.S. Department of State or Department of Commerce
