About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure the smooth operation of SAP HCM solutions, including payroll, for customers
  • Continuously enhance SAP HCM solutions
  • Support implementations, migrations, and release upgrades in the HCM environment
  • Provide support for existing customers using SAP HCM applications
  • Analyze and revise processes in collaboration with business departments
  • Identify opportunities for optimization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 5 years of experience in SAP HCM consulting
  • Expertise in the PA, PY, and/or other HCM modules
  • Solid business knowledge related to the SAP HCM system
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP HCM customizing
  • Strong consulting skills and a high level of commitment
  • Experience in project and sub-project management is an advantage
  • Familiarity with schemas and rules
  • Team-oriented, committed, and capable of working independently in a structured manner
  • Payroll experience is an advantage but not a mandatory requirement
