About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement customer-specific requirements using ABAP, ABAP OO, SAPUI5, and SAP Fiori
- Develop innovative solutions based on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
- Prepare technical analyses for solutions in the SAP S/4HANA environment
- Further develop the solution portfolio, from analysis and design through to production deployment
- Design, analyze, and test interfaces
- Work directly with customers to develop tailored solutions in collaboration with the responsible consultants
- Contribute to implementation and migration projects, from initial concept and planning through to go-live
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of experience as an SAP HCM Developer (m/f/d) working with ABAP / ABAP OO
- In-depth knowledge of the development, enhancement, and maintenance of the SAP HCM modules PA, PY, and PT
- Knowledge of infotypes, BAdIs, transports, clusters, logical databases such as PNP/PNPCE, and HRForms
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Expertise in interface development, including OData, RESTful APIs, SOAP, and ALE/IDocs
- Experience with SAP BTP and CPI
- Experience in SAP Cloud development, including SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and ABAP Web Dynpro
- Very good command of German and English
- High level of commitment, strong quality awareness, and team spirit
