Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid experience in software development, ideally with Delphi and C#
  • Good knowledge of SQL
  • Experience working with relational databases (e.g., InterBase, Firebird, MS SQL Server)
  • Interest in modern software architectures, automation solutions, and innovative technologies
  • Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Completed IT vocational training, degree in Computer Science, or comparable qualifications
  • Very good German language skills (minimum B2 level)
  • Initial experience in HR, payroll, or ERP environments is welcome but not required
  • Professional experience
