About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Run multiple client content projects in parallel, from collecting and organizing data files to building projects and creating visualization materials in VRIFY Present
Assign and prioritize work with internal teams
Guide clients on what data to show and how to structure their story for investors throughout the client lifecycle
Set project timelines in project management software and keep clients and Customer Success Managers updated on status
Lead content review sessions with clients, document feedback, and ensure it is actioned
Make timely decisions on issues and escalate when needed
Work with Customer Success Managers on each client's long-term success
Build expert knowledge of VRIFY's products and mining-industry best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years delivering software projects for clients, ideally in mining technology
Experience in mineral exploration, mining, geology, 3D modelling, or GIS
Project management experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Confidence leading live client sessions over Zoom or Google Meet
Clear written and verbal communication with technical specialists and executives
Strong client relationship-building skills
Ability to learn new tools and domains quickly and find creative solutions
Professional references and completion of a background check required
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
Nice to have: Bachelor's degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, GIS, or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience in geology, mineral exploration, or mining
Nice to have: Experience in a fast-moving startup
Nice to have: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Nice to have: Strong eye for design
Nice to have: Fluency in Spanish
Nice to have: Experience with WordPress, QGIS, Apple SceneKit, mining software, or 3D modelling tools
