About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join a cross-functional squad and contribute to the development and improvement of the platform
- Develop new back-end and front-end features
- Continuously improve the product’s performance, reliability, and UX
- Participate in team rituals: planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Write readable, maintainable, and tested code
- Participate in code reviews
- Apply the best practices defined by the team
- Collaborate with Leads and Senior Developers
- Develop your skills in architecture, application design, and performance
- Understand the product and business goals behind the features you develop
- Contribute to the launch of the mobile application
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years of experience in full-stack development
- Experience working on web applications in production
- Proficiency in at least part of the tech stack: Python/Django or React/TypeScript
- Curiosity and a desire to understand the why behind the what
- Enjoy working as part of a team, sharing ideas, and giving and receiving feedback
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to code quality
- Motivation to grow in a dynamic, challenging Agile environment
- Initial experience or a strong interest in mobile development, particularly with React Native (nice to have)
