About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Advise public-sector clients on the implementation, further development, and optimization of SAP PSM
Analyze budgeting, budget planning, and funds management processes and develop suitable solution concepts
Perform system configuration, particularly in SAP PSM-FM and SAP BCS
Support implementation, migration, and transformation projects from requirements gathering through go-live and ongoing operations
Actively contribute to the transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA
Facilitate workshops and coordinate with business departments, project managers, and development teams
Prepare functional specifications, test cases, training materials, and system documentation
Assume functional sub-project or project responsibility depending on experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

Practical experience in SAP consulting or SAP application support
In-depth knowledge of SAP PSM
Experience with system configuration as well as budget planning, budgeting, or funds management
Understanding of the processes and requirements of public administrations
Knowledge of related modules such as SAP FI, CO, MM, or PS is an advantage
Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, or transformation projects is welcome
Degree, vocational training, or comparable qualification
Structured, self-directed, and customer-focused approach to work
Very good written and spoken German
Willingness to attend occasional, scheduled on-site customer meetings
