About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, research, test, and implement business process improvements, procedures, and system changes
Evaluate business process changes and document business impacts and benefits
Provide business requirements for process improvements and system enhancements as a subject matter expert
Interview and conduct research to determine and document stakeholders, business needs, and requirements
Create and analyze workflow diagrams
Review technical design deliverables to ensure business objectives are reached
Provide training, including identifying needs, developing materials, communicating changes, and creating manuals
Provide post-implementation support, including problem resolution, procedure adjustments, and change management
Develop presentations of materials, models, findings, plans, and conclusions
Identify process improvement strategies
Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders and support project and business objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in data gathering, research, analytics, problem identification, and presenting solution recommendations
Experience with financial and risk analysis, recommendations, and business cases including cost-benefit analysis
2+ years of experience using project planning techniques and methodologies
2+ years of business process analytics skills in Excel, flowcharting, activity diagrams, and workflow models
Understanding of related IT systems and their impacts
Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical individuals or groups
Discretion and independent judgment in performing job duties
For remote roles, high engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings
Preferred: Experience supporting ERP, procurement, reporting, or financial applications such as SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BPC, Coupa, Workday, Power BI, or similar enterprise platforms
Preferred: Ability to manage multiple assignments, priorities, and deadlines in a dynamic support and project environment
Preferred: Excellent written communication skills and ability to write clear, complete documentation and reports
Must comply with VSP Vision information security and privacy policies
Must undergo pre-employment substance abuse testing
