Own dedicated project streams across the ventures, with decision-making authority over execution, prioritization, and strategic direction
Drive digital solutions from the initial hypothesis through to market readiness
Conduct technical feasibility assessments
Validate early, gather rapid feedback, test, discard, and scale product ideas
Scout, test, and strategically evaluate new AI tools and technologies
Integrate new AI tools and technologies into products
Turn ideas into testable prototypes within just a few days
Precisely distinguish measurable feasibility from wishful thinking
Make operational and strategic product decisions for features and ventures
Build products from the initial idea through to market launch

Requirements

What you’ll need

Successfully completed degree in business informatics, computer science, entrepreneurship, or a comparable field, or relevant practical experience in a technology-driven environment
Deep technical understanding of modern software development architectures
Ability to communicate effectively with developer teams on equal footing
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to grasp new concepts quickly
Ability to independently develop solutions in ambiguous situations
Solid understanding of and practical experience with AI-assisted and AI-native development processes
Eagerness to explore new opportunities and an interest in building and advancing scalable products
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
High level of ownership and resilience in a fast-paced environment
Ability to deliver reliable results without micromanagement
