Key responsibilities & impact

Take ownership of venture project streams, with decision-making authority over implementation and direction
Support digital solutions from the initial hypothesis through to market readiness
Conduct technical feasibility assessments
Work in fast cycles, validate early, and analyze feedback
Scout, test, and evaluate new AI tools and technologies
Integrate suitable AI tools and technologies into products
Engage in rapid prototyping and R&D
Develop testable prototypes within a few days
Help shape your own ventures from idea to market

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a comparable field, with a solid technical foundation
Deep technical understanding and a strong grasp of how software is built
Analytical thinking and the ability to learn quickly
Ability to independently find solutions in ambiguous situations
Good understanding of AI-assisted and AI-native development
Eagerness to learn and motivation to build things
Fluent German and English skills
High level of ownership and ability to work without micromanagement
Resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Availability of 20 hours per week
