Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in building backend systems for large-scale applications
- Demonstrated experience in a technical guidance capacity, successfully guiding project teams and establishing strategic technical direction
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages; the team primarily works with C#
- Academic background preferably in Engineering courses, such as Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related fields
- Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to effectively communicate in English and Portuguese
- Hands-on curiosity about AI, using LLMs, automation, and design/dev tools, with thoughtful attention to limitations, safety, and responsible use
- Artificial intelligence use is explicitly prohibited during the selection process
