About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, build, and operate services, proxies, and automation behind SQL, NoSQL, Search, and Object Storage offerings
  • Apply software engineering principles to operations
  • Work on sharding, replication, capacity planning, Multi-AZ resilience, and large-scale migrations
  • Build integration libraries, APIs, IaC modules, and golden paths to accelerate product delivery
  • Own high availability, performance, and resilience across data layers
  • Participate in on-call and drive incident follow-ups
  • Define SLOs and burn-rate alerts
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and replace manual requests with automated, self-service solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid background in Software Engineering and Platform/Infrastructure engineering
  • Senior Software Engineer (L3 level) with a proven track record of delivering complex technical projects end to end, from design to production
  • Deep, hands-on experience dealing with massive scale across relational data engines such as PostgreSQL, Aurora, and SQL Server
  • Deep, hands-on experience with NoSQL systems such as Redis/Valkey and DynamoDB
  • Deep, hands-on experience with search engines such as Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, and Solr
  • Deep, hands-on experience with Object Storage
  • Experience with performance tuning and production troubleshooting
  • Experience building integration libraries, IaC modules, or internal developer platforms
  • Hands-on and curious about using AI/LLMs, automation, and modern dev tools
  • Fluent English
  • Capability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced global environment
