About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, enhance, and maintain executive and operational dashboards in Power BI
- Build metrics and dashboards to monitor key HR processes
- Analyze turnover, absenteeism, headcount, diversity, internal mobility, training, and performance
- Perform data validation and cleansing routines
- Identify inconsistencies across different HR systems
- Ensure the traceability, consistency, and reliability of information
- Automate recurring report and metrics-generation processes
- Support the development and maintenance of data pipelines
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of the HR Data Hub
- Act as a consultative partner to HRBPs and Centers of Expertise
- Create data-driven presentations and narratives to support decision-making
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or People Analytics
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL
- Experience in data modeling and data preparation
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience building corporate metrics and dashboards
- Preferred: experience with SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors
- Preferred: knowledge of Python
- Preferred: experience with Databricks
- Preferred: knowledge of the Azure Data Platform
- Preferred: experience with Agile methodologies
