About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments, including pipeline configuration, promotion paths, and deployment automation
- Own end-to-end release management across the Dev, QA, UAT, Staging, and Production environments
- Coordinate release schedules with developers, administrators, and QA
- Manage GitHub-based version control for Salesforce metadata, including branching strategy, pull request workflows, merge conflict resolution, and commit hygiene
- Automate metadata deployments, environment provisioning, and sandbox seeding and refresh cycles
- Use Salesforce CLI for metadata retrieval and deployment, org management, and scripting release workflows
- Manage Copado pipelines, deployments, and environments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must be able to undergo a Public Trust background investigation
- Hands-on proficiency with the Salesforce CLI for metadata retrieval/deployment, org management, and scripting release workflows
- Strong demonstrated skills in Copado, including pipelines, deployments, and environment management
- Working knowledge of the Salesforce Metadata API and package-based deployment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Self-motivated and proactive approach
